3. Eligibility and Access
By using our services or attending our programmes, you confirm that:

At JustPenny.org CIC, we are deeply grateful for every contribution that supports our mission to deliver discreet and dignified food support to those in need.
As a non-profit organisation, donations are used immediately to fund our programmes and outreach. For this reason, we are generally unable to offer refunds once a donation has been processed.
However, if you believe your donation was made in error, was unauthorised, or the amount was incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at [your email address]. We will review your request promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a refund.
